Questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They choose a service and a time and enter their name and email. A phone number is optional.
What happens when the 30 free bookings are used up?
The booking page then shows your phone number instead, so customers can still reach you. Cancelled bookings count towards the 30.
Can two people book the same time?
No. A time is gone as soon as someone books it, and manual bookings you enter can’t overlap either.
Can I add bookings that came in by phone?
Yes. Enter them in your overview. You can also move bookings, cancel them or mark a no-show; the customer is informed by email.
Which languages does it speak?
German, French, Italian and English, for you and for your customers. Confirmation emails go out in the language you choose.
